Do you want to become a bit more active , improve your fitness, meet new friends and have fun. Walking netball may be for you.
Walking netball is a slowed down version of netball , designed so anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. For those who have had to give up a sport they loved due to injury , or hung up their trainers years ago to those who have never played , it really is for everyone.
Walking netball helped me to recover from breast cancer and I have been able to help other ladies recover from cancer treatment and other injuries and illnesses through my sessions. It is so much more than just a sport.
Starting on Tuesday 1st October is a new session of walking netball from 8-8.55pm at Coombe Dean Sports Centre , Charnhill Way , Plymouth .
Just turn up and play £4 a session .
