Following the recent merger of Kitsons and Boyce Hatton in October 2023, Kitson Boyce is continuing to strengthen its presence in Totnes with key appointments in its teams, benefitting its clients across the South Hams area.

Kitson Boyce’s Totnes office in Brunel House on Station Road is nestled in the heart of the town centre.

Kitsons and Boyce Hatton merged on 1st October 2023 to become Kitson Boyce. The firm now has offices in Totnes, Torquay, Plymouth and Exeter.

Kitson Boyce recently welcomed Residential Property specialist, Lauren Jeffrey, to its growing Property team in the firm’s Totnes office. Lauren’s focus is on growing the firm’s Residential Property offering in the Totnes area, advising individuals across the region on all residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. Following the firm’s recent merger, Matthew Bryant, Partner in Kitson Boyce’s Commercial Property team is championing the development of the firm’s Totnes office and has big plans for 2024.
