Kitson Boyce recently welcomed Residential Property specialist, Lauren Jeffrey, to its growing Property team in the firm’s Totnes office. Lauren’s focus is on growing the firm’s Residential Property offering in the Totnes area, advising individuals across the region on all residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters.
