The team operate with two principal carpenters and David who manages the team and does the planning and design work, meaning they only undertake two jobs at any given time to maintain the quality of their service. They also have likeminded gas engineers and electricians as required, it’s a small and highly focused team. David tells us that good tradespeople are few and far between, they had trialled a few over time and David has been very selective of who he wants working for him. The pandemic has prevented these plans from going ahead so far, however, they are currently in contact with an organisation that help people who have difficulty finding work and David is keen to collaborate in the near future. David is passionate about helping the community and is keen to help other local charities as the pandemic lifts.

Quite surprisingly, David is not overly focused on the growth of the company. In his own words ‘growth will come naturally; my focus is to look after my customers and my team. We want to finish 2022 with consistent 10/10 reviews from our customers’.
