Plymouth Gin have created three fresh, vibrant and summery cocktails for you to try at home. All three cocktails have been made in the Refectory Bar in the Gin Distillery and are available to try!
One With Ocean
*Clean, refreshing and sustainable:
• 40ml Plymouth Gin
• 10ml Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
• 15ml acids cordial
• 1 dash of peach bitters
• 1 dash of lemon bitters
• 1 pinch of Cornish sea salt
• 3-4 drops of cocktail foamer (V)
• Top with Fever Tree
Mediterranean Light
Blue Algae paint & Edible Flower
Shaken- on the spear

Creating One With Ocean cocktail we are sharing the idea for keeping our oceans clean, with see-through Hiball, with the illusion of ocean waves created by using cocktail foamers instead of egg whites. Clean, refreshing, and sustainable.

Garden Buck
*A fresh, green twist on the classic Gin Buck. Perfect for lovers of Mojitos and Southside cocktails
• 40ml Plymouth Gin
• 10ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml apple juice
• 5-10ml sugar syrup
• Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale
Add 5 mint leaves, 3 cucumber slices and apple fan
Build – on the rocks & crushed cup
Hi-Tea
*A delicate pairing of lychee and rose all tied together with a hint of camomile
• 50ml Plymouth Gin infused with Camomile
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 15ml lychee syrup
• 10ml rose syrup
• 4 drops of cocktail foamer (V)
• Top with Fever Tree Soda Water
