Marjon easily competes with other fitness and health centres in the city, with its 25m pool, state-of-the-art gym equipment and competitive membership options for all.
The centre, boasts sports halls, gymnasium, fitness class studio, swimming pool, outdoor pitches and newly installed padel tennis courts. In January 2023 we will also be reopening our climbing wall and plan to launch afterschool clubs and children’s holiday programs.
The Sports Centre is not only popular with students and the public – professionals have also taken a shine to the facilities. Plymouth Patriots and Plymouth Argyle use the sports centre for training and sports therapy.
New Year Deals
1) One month for £20.23 and then £29.99 thereafter (starts on 3rd January and ends on 31st January)
2) Ten swims for £23.00 (starts from 19th December and ends on 31st January)

Swimming at Marjon.
There is no better way of improving your health and fitness or having fun with the family than swimming. With this in mind, Marjon Sports Centre has ensured the pool is accessible for all including those with disabilities as they believe nobody should be excluded from the joy of swimming. Children are always welcome to use the Marjon Sport & Health swimming pool with children under 8 requiring an adult to be in the pool supervising them.
The swimming pool is one of the key features at the centre, stemming 25m in length with a maximum depth of 1.8m at the deep end. The pool is always set up with a training lane for those who are keen to train without being disturbed. The shallow end of the pool sits at 0.9m in depth to make it child and family-friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to assist anyone who needs support and advice.

Advertising at Marjon
With an average footfall of 5,000 people per week, there is an exciting opportunity to have pitch-side banners, digital screen adverts, or your brand on our university sports team kits. Marjon has 19 teams playing in the British Universities Championships 40 weeks of the year playing both locally and across the UK.
